dc.description.abstract Introduction: About 300 million women in the developed countries suffer from short and long-term illnesses due to complications related to pregnancy and child birth. In 2020 WHO reported that 287,000 mothers die each year from maternal causes, 95% which is estimated to 253,000 are from developing countries. Having country with women with enough knowledge regarding to obstetric danger sign can play a big role in decreasing preventable maternal death as well help to manage pregnancy complication as soon as possible. This study aim to assess knowledge about obstetric danger signs among of pregnant women attending Kibogora Health center en_US
