Introduction: About 300 million women in the developed countries suffer from short and long-term illnesses due to complications related to pregnancy and child birth. In 2020 WHO reported that 287,000 mothers die each year from maternal causes, 95% which is estimated to 253,000 are from developing countries. Having country with women with enough knowledge regarding to obstetric danger sign can play a big role in decreasing preventable maternal death as well help to manage pregnancy complication as soon as possible.
